As an Administrative Assistant at GFS Retirement, my primary responsibilities revolve around providing excellent customer service. I am the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. I also assist in prepping appointments, scheduling, and handling other administrative duties that keep the office running smoothly. With over 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed a strong skill set in managing various office tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Before embarking on my career, I attended the University of Phoenix, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills that have helped me excel in my role. However, my true motivation lies in the opportunity to grow alongside the firm. I am always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, ensuring that I can contribute effectively to the success of GFS Retirement. One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is the great work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with my coworkers. Building strong relationships with my colleagues allows us to work as a cohesive team, which ultimately benefits our clients and the overall functioning of the office.

Outside of work, I cherish my free time with my family and loved ones. Watching movies together and sharing quality moments are some of the activities I enjoy the most. Additionally, I find solace in the easygoing charm of my hometown, New Braunfels. It is a place where I was nurtured and raised, and I take pride in being part of such a close-knit community.
